Team Activities

 1. When your account level reaches level VI or higher, you will become a team administrator and have the right to organize offline gatherings, meetings and other activities for the team. The cost of the gathering will be reviewed according to the size of the team and will be uniformly distributed by the regional manager. Activity funds: 2000 to 200000ETB.

2. The purpose of the team gathering is to help the team share experiences, enhance team cohesion, accelerate the understanding of the company's situation by new members, enhance friendships between teams, and play a key role in the team development process.
